Many parents worry that they will not have enough time with family as a result of their school schedule. We let our students choose between attending mornings (10am-2pm) or evenings (6pm-10pm), and classes are only four days every week.
The program lasts 9 months, and after graduation you will most likely be able to work as much as little as you want, whenever you want. Most massage facilities are happy to work with their employees to find the times that benefit both the massage therapist and the business – you will never be forced to work 40 hours of 9-5 office work again.
How does the program work?
We are continuously running classes, starting 4 to 5 groups each year. When you start the program, you will attend 4-hour classes 4 days per week.
After 3 months, you will also join the student clinic where you gain supervised hands-on practice with the public once per week, meeting the state requirement for licensure.
You would also attend one volunteer chair massage day, where we offer free chair massages at different community events.
