Application Process

Ready to take the next step? You can book a tour or begin the application process right away. After you fill out our online application, we will ask you to provide the following.

A government photo-ID

You can bring this in so we can make a copy, or submit a photo through email.

Two Letters of Recommendation

Any format is acceptable, submit through email or bring in person. One can be from a family member, and at least one should be from a non-relative.

GED or High School Diploma

You can bring this in so we can make a copy, or submit through email.

After we receive your application and documents, our team will contact you to schedule an in-person meeting to complete the enrollment process!

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is the program?

Our program is about 42 weeks (or 10 months) from start to finish.

Can I transfer from out of the country?

While we can transfer some credits from other schools within the United States, unfortunately we are not able to verify education from other countries at this time.

Are there additional requirements for licensure?

An active CPR Certification and passing the national test is required before applying for licensure through the state.

How much work is required outside of class?

In addition to personal study time, there are about 20 hours of assigned work outside of class and student clinic.

What states does the program meet the requirements for?

We make sure to meet the licensure requirements for Oregon and Washington.
